An important update regarding Covid-19.
Yorkshire Regionals 2019
The band recently performed at the Yorkshire regional championships and acquitted themselves very positively. The adjudicators enjoyed the performance, but not quite enough for us to qualify for the national finals, with the band placing a very creditable 3rd. However it has placed us right at the top of the rankings, so looking positive for the future!
Funding Secured
The band is once again very pleased to have been included in both the Co-operative and Tesco community schemes. We would like to thank both companies for this, as with the band being a charity, it helps secure the our future and ensures we can continue to build year on year.
National Performance
Garforth Brass competed at the National brass band championships (4th section) in September, held in Cheltenham.
